Founded in 2022 by 25-year roofing industry veteran Miller Weedn and 20-year organizational leadership and training veteran Dylan McCabe, Limitless has 750+ members (and counting) and operates in all 50 states.
Dylan McCabe graduated with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership. Since then, he has held key executive positions at several companies and owned two of his own companies. Dylan’s true passion is developing leaders and facilitating synergy through roofing CEO groups. Outside of Limitless, Dylan loves being a husband, dad to three girls, and getting outdoors. Dylan finds it strange to write about himself in the third person.

Miller Weedn has been selling roofs since high school. He worked for his father during the 90’s and early 2000’s at RainTight General Contracting. In 2003, Miller took ownership of the company. Since then, Miller has gained expertise through failures and successes in business, scalability, and profitability. Today, Miller’s passion is helping other roofing owners win at business and in their home life. He’s even more passionate about being a husband and dad to two precious children. In his spare time, Miller is busy winning fishing tournaments in Texas.

Britton is the founder of Maneo Ventures, an investment firm specializing in real estate and operating company investments throughout Texas. Britton enjoys working alongside others putting in structures that allow those involved the best opportunity to thrive. When not working he enjoys time with his wife Beth and his three kiddos in Richardson. He is an active member of Mercy Presbyterian Church and a board member for Coram Deo Academy.
David Liles is a dedicated family man with a strong passion for both personal wellness and professional growth. With a background in sales and fitness, he brings a results-driven mindset and a commitment to excellence into everything he does. Over the years, he has built a successful career by blending his people-first approach with deep industry knowledge, consistently driving growth and building lasting relationships.
Outside of work, David finds his greatest joy in spending quality time with his wife and kids. Weekends are often spent at the ballpark, cheering on his son from the stands or enjoying the camaraderie of the game. A firm believer in staying active, he prioritizes physical fitness and embraces any opportunity to be outdoors-especially when it involves time on the water.
