Who We Are
Founded in 2022 by 25-year roofing industry veteran Miller Weedn and 20-year organizational leadership and training veteran Dylan McCabe, Limitless has 44 members (and counting) and operates in all 50 states.
DYLAN McCABE
Dylan McCabe graduated with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership. Since then, he has held key executive positions at several companies and owned two of his own companies. Dylan’s true passion is developing leaders and facilitating synergy through roofing CEO groups. Outside of Limitless, Dylan loves being a husband, dad to three girls, and getting outdoors. Dylan finds it strange to write about himself in the third person.
MILLER WEEDN
Miller Weedn has been selling roofs since high school. He worked for his father during the 90’s and early 2000’s at RainTight General Contracting. In 2003, Miller took ownership of the company. Since then, Miller has gained expertise through failures and successes in business, scalability, and profitability. Today, Miller’s passion is helping other roofing owners win at business and in their home life. He’s even more passionate about being a husband and dad to two precious children. In his spare time, Miller is busy winning fishing tournaments in Texas.
STEVE PATRICK
Steve Patrick is a strategic advisor, consultant, contractor/PA coach and the author of the contractor-acclaimed book ‘Win the Claim Game by Leveling the Playingfield.’ Steve is a top-rated speaker at a number of national conventions/conferences on many topics related to insurance restoration contractors and PAs dealing with claims adjusters. He is well known for his practical application of high-quality content.
Robert Posey
Robert Posey, Chief Revenue Officer for Limitless Roofing Group, has a powerful story of resilience and transformation. After attending six high schools and facing skepticism from those around him, Robert’s turning point came when his sister challenged his focus and drive. Motivated to prove himself, he discovered a passion for sales—not for the money or prestige, but for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Since 2017, Robert has built over 100 sales teams and facilitated more than 25,000 sales calls, generating millions in revenue for clients. His mission is to empower sales professionals to thrive in high-paying, remote careers.
JENNA LAWSON
Jenna Lawson graduated with a degree in Communications from the University of South Carolina Upstate, along with double minors in Theatre and Global Studies. She spent almost three years as the Events Director for RoofCON and REVOLT, where she played a key role in organizing successful events. After a brief break from the roofing industry, Jenna shifted to event production and planning for luxury car brands. Now, she’s returned to the roofing world by joining Limitless, where her passion for event planning, marketing, and strategic relationships thrives. Jenna’s unique blend of experience and creativity fuels her mission to elevate the industry through impactful events and valuable connections.
CASTON HARP
Caston Harp is an Account Liaison with Limitless Roofing Group, originally from Dallas, Texas, which will always be home. An avid collector, Caston enjoys gathering everything from cards and coins to pens and rocks. In his free time, he loves spending time with his kids and continuously working to improve himself and his craft. Caston is passionate about helping owners and companies grow and succeed. He believes Limitless Roofing Group is a no-brainer for all roofing companies, offering the resources and support needed for long-term success.

Mike Fellman has been a long-time roofer, starting at the age of 10 years old. His father owned a roofing company, giving Mike incredible exposure and insight to the roofing world. He started working with GAF doing technical inspections on commercial roofs, then transition to Owen’s Corning where he was managing some of the largest accounts in the nation. His insights have helped countless roofers become more profitable.

Jen Silver is a leader in the roofing industry. As a mother, Jen is an empathetic and strong leader who cares for everyone she works with. She’s helping roofers change their business models through her One Industry One Model conference. She also helps business owners understand their financials and provides 1-on-1 consulting
